Line Cooks – Dayshift Breakfast, Lunch (Egg Specialist) & Dinner Overview
Collector’s Choice is seeking two high-energy, experienced Line Cooks to anchor our morning and evening kitchen operations. This isn't just a spot on the line—it's a critical role where you will set the pace for our busiest hours.
We are specifically looking for breakfast and lunch experts who are completely at home in front of a high-volume egg station. If you can flip, turn, and perfectly execute eggs under pressure while keeping the line moving like a well-oiled machine, we want you on our team.
We also need an experienced dinner line cook.
- Position Type: Full-time, In-person (Snohomish, WA)
- Available Positions: 2 Dayshift Openings
- Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour + weekly tips to start
Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
- Master the Egg Station: Take ownership of the egg pans during high-volume breakfast and lunch rushes, executing orders with flawless timing, temperature control, and presentation.
- Lead the Line: Oversee kitchen workflow during peak hours to ensure fast ticket times and exceptional food quality.
- Execute with Precision: Prepare and cook a diverse breakfast and lunch menu according to established recipes, maintaining high standards for taste and consistency.
- Mentor & Train: Be the "go-to" expert for junior staff, teaching cooking techniques, station organization, and efficiency.
- Operational Oversight: Assist with prep management, daily prep lists, inventory tracking, and seamless mid-day shift transitions.
- Safety First: Maintain a gold standard for food safety, cleanliness, and health department compliance.

- Extensive Breakfast & Lunch Experience: Proven background in a fast-paced, high-volume breakfast and lunch environment.
- Egg Pan Mastery: Exceptional technical skill specifically with egg pans—handling scrambles, omelets, and eggs to order perfectly during heavy rushes.
- Technical Line Skills: Advanced knife skills and proficiency across multiple stations (Sauté, Grill, Prep).
- Leadership Mindset: Someone who leads by example, communicates clearly with both the front and back of house, and stays calm under pressure.
- Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and dedicated to the craft of cooking.
