Job Summary:
MUST HAVE 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SKILLED FINISH CARPENTRY. We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the installation of various materials,including cabinets, trim, and all things associated with these spaces. The Finish Carpenter will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of their work. The successful applicant will have a strong background in finish carpentry and be proficient in the use of both hand and power tools. The ability to lead other and oversee others assisting with work and operations is also very significant and important.
Responsibilities:
-lead demo of spaces in customers homes
-lead and perform installation of cabinets, trim and other cabinet materials
-lead and direct others to assist in these installation, utilizing their time to the companies benefit also
-see a "full picture" of the installations and forsee problems, changes needed, or insight needed into the build overall
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter, with a strong background
- Knowledge of installation techniques and materials
- Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools
- Experience in the restoration industry
- Ability to work on a ladder, and lift weight of 100+ lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
- Compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
