Truck/ Inventory 5:30a - 1:30p shift and every other weekend Part Time
Must be available Monday & Thursday. Be able to lift 50 lbs., twist, bend, lift to put on shelves, put stock away in the freezer, refrigerator and stock rooms.
Experience in food service or related field preferred, but not necessary.
Dining Services staff must be responsible for all aspects of the dining room including, but not limited to:
- Maintaining cleanliness in the dish area
- Keeping dishes orderly
- Cleaning dish machine
- Recording dish machine temperatures
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the dish area by sweeping/mopping floors
- Emptying refuse and linen bags
- Completing cleaning schedules as assigned by cook and/or supervisor
