At Wood Violet Recovery (WVR), our nurses play a vital role in helping individuals through detox, stabilization, and the early stages of recovery. As a member of our day shift team, you'll work alongside providers, therapists, case managers, and behavioral health staff in a collaborative environment where communication is open, leadership is accessible, and every team member is valued.

Compensation (Based on Licensure & Experience)
We believe in transparent, fair compensation based on licensure level and clinical experience:

LPN: $32 - $37/hour

RN: $42 - $47/hour

$5,000 retention bonus (paid at 90 days and 6 months)

What You’ll Do

Complete nursing intake assessments and support detox treatment plans

Monitor client health status through regular nurse visits

Administer medications and document accurately

Process labs and communicate results to providers and the care team

Respond to medical concerns with clinical judgment and compassion

Support clients through detox and stabilization protocols

Coordinate hospital transfers and nurse-to-nurse communication
-
Collaborate closely with RNs, LPNs, providers, and clinical staff

Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory documentation standards

Track and manage medical supplies
What You’ll Bring

Active Wisconsin LPN or RN license (required).
