We are seeking an exceptional Patient Coordinator. A highly professional, forward thinking, self-motivated individual who embodies our practice culture and adopts our mission of making a positive difference in our patient lives. This Patient Coordinator acts as the welcoming face and first point of contact for patients and visitors. This position plays a vital role in ensuring a positive patient experience and contribution to the efficient operation of the dental practice. This position blends administrative tasks with strong customer service, requiring a friendly demeanor, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient experience coordination: Focuses on creating a positive journey for patients from start to finish.
- Warmly greeting patients and visitors upon arrival.
- Patient intake and check-out: Focuses on the arrival and departure processes.
- Answering phones, addressing inquiries, and managing voicemails.
- Responding to patient inquiries via phone, email and text.
- Scheduling and appointment management.
- Confirming patient appointments.
- Managing the appointment schedule to optimize patient flow.
- Coordinating patient appointments with dental providers.
- Patient communication and support.
- Financial presentation.
- Handling and resolving patient issues and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinating specialist referrals.
- Genuinely cares about the well-being of patients, teammates, and the practice.
- Uphold confidentiality standards in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
