Position Details:
- Role: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- Location: Salem, OR
- Pay: Starting at $20.60 - $21.40/hour DOE
- Weekend availability required

Who You Are: You’re someone who brings empathy, patience, and reliability to every interaction. You may have formal experience, or you may have supported a loved one through elder care, disability, or behavioral challenges. Either way, you understand the importance of showing up and treating people with dignity.
You’re comfortable supporting individuals with higher behavioral needs and can remain calm and grounded in challenging situations. You’re also a team player who communicates clearly and respectfully.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience working with folks with high behavioral and medical needs (professional or personal), preferred
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- High School Diploma or GED
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to perform physical tasks and provide behavioral support

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting daily activities and skill-building
- Administering medications and monitoring health
- Facilitating community engagement and activities
- Documenting progress and maintaining detailed records
