We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide temporary coverage for a valued team member during a family leave. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and keeping operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails
- Assist customers with questions, scheduling, and service requests
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, insurance, or inside sales experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and email
- Ability to multitask and manage follow-up activities
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
