Job Purpose:
The primary purpose of this position is to assemble crossbows in accordance with established standards and rates of productivity.
- General assembly of crossbows.
- Notify department manager of product discrepancies, quality issues, or equipment malfunctions.
- Keep workstation clean and well organized.
- Label defective items and place in the designated area.
- Accurately record all daily production amounts.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
Education/Certification Requirements:
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalency.
Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Prior assembly experience preferred.
- General knowledge of archery equipment, compound bow mechanics, and triggers preferred.
