Job Title: End User Technical Support Analyst
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive End User Technical Support Analyst to provide high-quality desktop and remote support services for a large-scale IT environment. This role is instrumental in ensuring users across multiple sites receive reliable, responsive technical assistance.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in desktop support, is familiar with modern deployment tools, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced field support setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic field support, including desktop reimaging and deployment of new Windows 10/11 devices.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for both hardware and software issues.
- Conduct hardware replacement, image deployment using prebuilt packages, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Offer remote support and advanced problem resolution for end user devices and applications.
- Execute installation and configuration tasks both locally and remotely.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in End User Support or Technical Support Analyst roles.
- Must be eligible to obtain clearance to operate state vehicles.
- Proficient in:
- Basic hardware/software troubleshooting
- Active Directory Domain Services
- Windows imaging and driver management
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with:
- Network hardware and troubleshooting (including switches from various manufacturers)
- Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for deployments
- Imaging and transitioning for desktops and mobile devices
- Managing and migrating third-party software solutions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
