Integrative Chiropractic and Wellness is a premier, cash-based chiropractic and wellness
practice in Leesburg, Va. Our mission is quality over quantity, where we’re able to spend real
time with our patients and deliver a higher standard of care versus a typical volume driven
clinic. We’re looking for someone who wants to be a part of custom individualized care, not
rushing patients a cookie cutter type experience. Our office genuinely cares
about elevating their experience, building relationships and providing the best possible
outcomes for our clients.
What You’ll Do
Guide patients through personalized rehab and custom therapeutic exercise protocols
Assist with modalities (Decompression, Stimpod, Soft Tissue modalities, etc.)
Educate patients on home exercise programs in a way that’s clear and motivating
Create a warm, high-touch patient experience from check-in to check-out
Support the doctor(s) with treatment flow and patient prep
Maintain a clean, organized, professional treatment environment
Who You Are
Experience with rehab/therapeutic exercise, not just administrative CA work
Have or willing to obtain one of the following certification; NASM, ACE, or NCSA CSCS
Comfortable using common rehab modalities
A proficient communicator that can explain a custom exercise program and motivate patients
Calm and patient-centered when someone becomes frustrated, is in severe pain, or non-
compliant with their care.
Someone who takes pride in delivering premier, attention to detail, specific instruction.
Reliable, detail oriented, and comfortable in a small-practice setting where you will wear a
few hats
