The Role: We're looking for a part-time, reliable, hands-on person to be a core part of our warehouse team for a growing e-commerce business. You'll take on real responsibility day-to-day — receiving inventory, picking, packing, and shipping packages, and keeping things organized and running smoothly. You'll work closely with our manager and be someone the team can count on.
What You'll Do:
- Receive and stock incoming inventory
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Troubleshoot shipping issues and operational problems
- Keep inventory organized and accessible
- Ensure orders go out on time and correctly
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable and self-motivated - you take ownership and get things done
- Detail-oriented - accuracy matters in packing and shipping
- Physically capable - comfortable with lifting, standing, and moving throughout the day
- Problem solver - you figure things out rather than wait to be told what to do
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience preferred
- Comfortable with basic computer systems for order processing
