Local & Travel RN Nurse Supervisor opportunity
RN Nurse Supervisor – Full-Time Evenings
Location: Waterloo, NY
Schedule: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | Full-Time | 5x8s | EOW & Holidays as Needed
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Supervisor to provide clinical leadership in a long-term care facility. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, overseeing resident care, ensuring regulatory compliance, responding to clinical issues, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting daily operations to ensure high-quality resident care.
Requirements:
- Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
- Previous Nurse Supervisor, Clinical Leader, or Charge Nurse experience
- Current BLS Certification from AHA
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
