Off-Premise Beverage Route Sales – Riverside, CA

Coast Beverage is a family-owned, growing beverage distributor representing a diverse portfolio of beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic brands across Southern California. We’re known for strong retail relationships, dependable execution, and a hands-on sales team that takes pride in its work.
We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Route Sales Representative to manage and grow accounts across San Diego area. You’ll be the face of Coast Beverage in the field building relationships, driving sales, and ensuring our products look their best on the shelf.
What You’ll Do:
- Visit and service existing accounts while opening new ones across your assigned route.
- Sell and promote the Coast Beverage portfolio to convenience stores, gas stations, liquor stores, and chain accounts.
- Maintain inventory levels, merchandise displays, and ensure proper product rotation.
- Take reorders, identify new sales opportunities, and follow up on leads.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers at every account.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Represent Coast Beverage with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
- Grow sales and distribution within assigned territory.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the beverage industry.
- Prior route or distributor experience is strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Organized, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic technology tools.

- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
