Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business
- Manage bar inventory by restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling and reconciliation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations
- Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative cocktails to keep the menu fresh and exciting for guests
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly during busy hours
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume hospitality settings; prior food service experience is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, beer styles—including craft beer—and beverage recipe development
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively without compromising quality or safety standards
- Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper sanitation protocols in a hospitality environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
