Role Summary
As a B2B Account Executive – IT Hardware, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing tailored IT hardware solutions.
This is a highly entrepreneurial sales role with uncapped commission potential and significant earnings opportunities for motivated professionals.
What We Offer
- Base salary: $60,000 – $80,000

Target Customers
You will focus on developing relationships with organizations such as:
- System Integrators (SI)
- Value-Added Resellers (VAR)
- Managed Service Providers (MSP)
- Data Center operators
- Government agencies
- Educational institutions
- Enterprise customers and technology solution providers
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new B2B customers through networking, referrals, social media, and outbound sales activities
- Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, quoting, negotiation, order processing, and follow-up
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate IT hardware solutions
- Coordinate with purchasing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure pricing accuracy, inventory availability, and timely delivery
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly
- Represent LA SYSCO at industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience required. Experience in IT hardware, technology distribution, VAR, MSP, system integration, or related industries strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in prospecting and developing new business opportunities
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Consultative selling and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events
- Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and quoting processes preferred
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
