Full-Time Adventure Guide
Starting Pay: $12.50–$13.50 per hour, depending on experience
Full-time | Weekend and Holiday Availability Required

Our Adventure Guides are the heart of the pet experience. You’ll help create fun, safe, and tail-wagging days for every pet in our care while working alongside a team that truly cares about animals and each other.
Every day is different, and that’s part of the fun. You’ll be active, hands-on, and surrounded by pets who are counting on you to make their day a great one.
What You’ll Do
As an Adventure Guide, you’ll help make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, happy, and well cared for. Your day may include:
- Walking and exercising dogs
- Supervising group play and making sure pets are safe
- Following individual feeding and care routines
- Providing plenty of attention, affection, and enrichment
- Keeping play areas, kennels, and common spaces clean and welcoming
- Watching for changes in behavior, health, or mood and communicating concerns to the team
- Following safety, cleaning, and pet-care procedures
- Working as a team to keep the day running smoothly
- Treating every pet like they’re your own
What We’re Looking For
- If it has paws, you’re already best friends—big, small, fluffy, energetic, and everything in between
- A positive attitude and genuine love for animals
- Dependable, responsible, and ready to jump in wherever needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active environment
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Open availability is preferred
- Comfortable standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, bending, and lifting—including the occasional wiggly doodle
- Able to stay calm, focused, and attentive while caring for multiple pets
- A team player who communicates well and is willing to help others
- Previous pet care, kennel, daycare, veterinary, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
