Your role: We need an ambitious individual who can be self-driven to help us staff our building accordingly for our nursing department. This is a job that's M-F but also on call 24/7. The good news is, for the right person who can be organized and utilize their resources properly it will be a simple straight forward position. There is of course on-call pay as well as potential other opportunities to make incentives.
The staffer will also be in charge of the transportation schedule for our residents, working with nursing to coordinate schedules and also coordinate with our van drivers to assure patients are able to go to their appointments timely.
