We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in an Acute Care Hospital setting. This opportunity is ideal for therapists who are passionate about helping patients improve functional independence and overall quality of life.

- Location: Eureka, California
- Shift: Day Shift – 5x8 Hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Evaluate and assess patients’ functional abilities and rehabilitation needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and daily living skills
- Provide therapeutic interventions for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery
- Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and therapy standards
- Active Occupational Therapist license
- Acute Care Hospital experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with inpatient rehabilitation and acute care therapy services
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
