We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Cannabis Budtenders, Inventory Associates, and Delivery Drivers to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and educating clients about our range of cannabis products. Your expertise will help customers make informed decisions, ensuring they have a positive experience in our dispensary.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with a welcoming atmosphere.
- Educate customers on various cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Upsell products by effectively communicating their benefits and features.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, including cash register operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary to ensure an inviting environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent phone etiquette when answering calls.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to enhance customer interactions.
Skills
- Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities.
- Proficient in retail math for accurate transactions and inventory management.
- 2+ years of experience with POS systems for efficient sales processing.
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional customer interactions.
- Proven sales experience in a retail environment or customer service for 3 years or more, particularly in cannabis or related industries.
- Basic math skills to ensure accuracy in transactions and cash handling.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
