Help create delicious menu items like our Chilaquiles, Ellie’s Breakfast Sandwich, Spanish Omelette, Berries and Cream French Toast, and so much more alongside our amazing team and Chef who will show you the ropes and encourage your creativity!
Located in San Juan Capistrano, Ellie’s Table Egan House, a Jay’s Catering Company, is a celebration of Eleanor Mastroianni and her culinary talents. A popular local and tourist destination alike, Ellie’s Table Egan House is situated in one of the area’s most historic buildings along the bustling Camino Capistrano street. Its prime location only enhances its curbside appeal, allowing it to thrive amidst the town’s energetic atmosphere. Not only are we known for our hand-crafted French pastries, filling breakfast options, Famous Palm Sandwiches, and fine gourmet coffee, but we also take pride in our friendly staff and involvement in the local community to ensure our slogan: Happiness is Homemade.
Ellie’s Table Egan House is open Tuesday – Sunday, 7:30am-4:00pm and closed on Mondays. Weekend availability required.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:30am-4:00pm
Salary:
From $25.00 - $27.00 per hour including tips
Job Duties:
- Stock and prep salads, sandwiches, cookies, and other menu items
- Communicate professionally and clearly with coworkers
- Cook hot food items from our kitchen menu
- Must enjoy and be able to succeed in fast-paced work environment
- Be knowledgeable and passionate about our food
- Ensures clean and orderly workspace by adhering to public health codes, sanitation, and food safety
- Complete kitchen tasks such as line setup, food preparation, cleanup, and breakdown
