Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and stage products and materials in the warehouse.
· Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper stacking and securing of products to prevent damage during transit.
· Perform daily equipment checks on forklifts and make reports if not properly functioning.
· Assist in accurate tracking of inventory levels by conducting regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
· Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to maximize space utilization and facilitate efficient product retrieval.
· Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
· Sorts and stores perishable goods in refrigerated rooms or freezers.
· Responds to requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or assembly line.
· Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, verifying product quantities and quality before shipment.
· Prepare shipping documents and labels, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and shipping regulations.
· Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damages, defects, or discrepancies, reporting any issues to supervisors.
· Follow quality control procedures to maintain the highest standards for product quality and integrity.
· Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating forklifts and handling warehouse equipment.
· Wear appropriate PPE.
· Observes safety and security procedures and reports potentially unsafe conditions.
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment consistent with company standards.
· Communicate effectively regarding inventory levels, stock movements, and any issues related to warehouse operations.
· Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
· Forklift certification ability to past test required.
· Ability to drive a box truck.
· Highschool diploma or equivalent
· Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Competencies, Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping processes.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
· Ability to work independently and as a part of team
· CDL a plus.
· Computer literacy; ERP experience with plex a plus
Physical Demands and Work Environment
· While performing the duties of the position, the employee will be required to:
o Stand, walk, sit, twist the body, reach with hands/arms, climb stairs, climb into forklift, balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch/crawl
o Use hands repeatedly to handle, move, and/or lift objects up to 50lbs
o Communicate, talk, and hear in an environment with reasonable manufacturing noise levels
o The employee may occasionally be required to stand and walk.
o Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

· While performing the duties of the position, the work environment:
o Work in fluctuating temperature environments of refrigeration and non-refrigeration; ability to work in a cold, wet environment
o May be noisy due to juicing machines and other equipment.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
· Full-time, hourly, non-exempt
· Monday through Friday
· Expected start time is 7:00 AM with a flexible end time depending on production needs – occasional overtime required.
Travel
· Required to drive company truck to deliver juices to customers
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
