Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and enhance their overall experience.
- Operate POS system Toast to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations for accurate transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold responsible serving practices by recognizing signs of intoxication and adhering to alcohol service regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender in cocktail bars, fine dining establishments, speakeasys, lounges. Strong Craft Cocktail making skills required.
- Familiarity with POS system Toast is essential for efficient order processing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service.
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices.
- Experience in retail math, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a lively atmosphere while ensuring safety standards are met. Pay: $22.20 - $46.74 per hour
