Step into an exciting opportunity with US Strategic Metals as a Full Time Executive Administrative Assistant (EEA) in Clayton, MO. We are looking for a high-performance EEA to serve as the right hand to our CFO, COO, and CMO. As we scale through the next phase of growth, you will be responsible for managing the Executive Teams most valuable asset: time. You will navigate a fast-paced, often ambiguous startup environment with poise, precision, and a proactive mindset.
This role is all about collaborating with diverse team members and contributing to a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values your input and fosters your professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for executives.
- Preparing, editing, and proofreading correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital, and handling confidential documents with discretion.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding, and assisting with training or recognition programs and company events.
- Ensure conference rooms are clean, stocked, and reserved for executive meetings.
- Handle ad-hoc initiatives ranging from events and offsites to researching potential new markets or business ventures.

- Tech-Fluent: You are a power user of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other management tools.
- Discreet: You will be privy to highly sensitive information. Absolute confidentiality and integrity are a must.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant is a plus.

This is a Full Time in-office position, Monday thru Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm.
