Forge Surface Solutions is looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to help launch and grow our epoxy flooring division. Whether your background is in construction, flooring, concrete, painting, home improvement, or sales, we'd love to talk with you.

We're Hiring ForEpoxy Flooring Installer
- Install residential and commercial epoxy flooring systems
- Prepare concrete surfaces
- Grind, repair, and clean concrete
- Mix and apply coating systems
- Deliver high-quality workmanship
Installation Assistant
- Assist lead installers
- Prepare job sites
- Move equipment and materials
- Learn epoxy installation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
No experience required for the right candidate.
Outside Sales Representative
- Generate residential and commercial leads
- Meet with homeowners and business owners
- Prepare estimates
- Build referral relationships
- Follow up with prospects
- Close projects
