Duties
*This position includes both in-clinic and in-home cases
*Availability until 6:00 PM
Conduct assessments and evaluations pertaining to developmental disabilities and behavioral health conditions in individuals.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Monitor and track progress of individuals receiving behavior intervention services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
- BACB, BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
- Nevada LBA, Licensed Behavior Analyst
- Experience working with ASD
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
