Duties
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and personalized service
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling, to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage sales pipelines, and analyze client data for targeted marketing efforts
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently
- Identify opportunities for business development within existing accounts and pursue new B2B sales prospects through telemarketing and outreach efforts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities in English
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
- Strong understanding of technology sales, marketing strategies, and customer service principles
- Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently, including warm calling techniques
- Demonstrated skills in business development, telemarketing, and customer engagement strategies
- Prior experience with CRM tools, telecommunication systems, or related technology is highly desirable

Pay: $55,890.94 - $67,309.52 per year
