NOW offering FULL AND PART-TIME Occupational Therapist (OT) Positions at Therapyland. Our clinic is growing rapidly! Therapyland is hiring Full and Part Time Occupational Therapists for its Alpharetta location.
- FULL TIME OPTION: UP TO $100,000 salary with credit for years of certified experience included! 4 PM end time schedule available.
- PART TIME OPTION: $70 per hour hourly rate. GUARANTEED payment for all scheduled hours regardless of cancellations!
Therapyland hosts the largest and most advanced pediatric all-inclusive therapy centers in the Southeast. We have amazing state of the art technology, themed therapy rooms, indoor gyms, built in play sets, and much more at our Alpharetta location. Our facilities are an SLP's dream! Therapyland provides an excellent environment to work with a highly collaborative team that includes SLPs, OT, PT, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and behavior technicians.
Candidates should have experience in a clinical setting focusing on assessments, patient-centered care, and helping clients achieve their daily goals. Newly certified OT’s are welcome to apply. Starting salary for new OT’s begins at $85,000.
Clinic-Based Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ functional, sensory, gross motor, and fine motor skills
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient/caregiver goals
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patient’s activities of daily living
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including BCBAs, ABA Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and strategies to improve independence
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practice standards
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid Georgia licensure as an Occupational Therapist as an OTR/L
- Experience in a pediatric clinical setting and/or home health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and assist patients as needed
- Capacity to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
