Preschool Lead Teacher – 3 Year Old Classroom at our Williamsville location.
Butterfly Kisses Childcare is seeking a confident, experienced Lead Teacher for our 3-Year-Old Preschool classroom. This is a leadership role for an educator who is passionate about early childhood development and ready to take ownership of their classroom.
The ideal candidate has a strong background working with preschool-aged children (3s and 4s), demonstrates effective classroom management skills, and can create a structured yet nurturing learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.
We are looking for someone who:
-Has proven experience leading a preschool classroom
-Demonstrates strong behavior management skills
-Can implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
-Communicates effectively with families and team members
-Leads with professionalism, patience, and confidence
-Is dependable and capable of guiding assistant teachers
Minimum educational requirement: Preschool CDA, Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred.
This role requires open availability and the ability to manage daily classroom routines, transitions, lesson planning, and child assessments while maintaining a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

Starting at $19.50–$22.00/hr (based on experience)
