Job Purpose
The Warehouse Associate performs the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
Job Description
Unpack and receive raw materials
Match packing list against actual quantities received
Reject unsatisfactory items by moving defective items to MRB
Pull kit packages for assembly production
Maintain paper records for stocking, shipping, receiving, kit pulling, cycle count, RMA’s and MRB
Manual or equipment assisted lifting for heavy product around the warehouse
Input weights and shipping charges on shipping documents and shipping carrier systems
Deliver material to the manufacturing line, cells and warehouses
Fill and deliver bins for kanban system
Stock, kit and troubleshooting inventory carousel
Provide basic troubleshooting of various issues such as automatic bagger, label makers, bar coding guns and foam packing machines
Ensure critical department supplies are stocked such as printer ribbons, labels, bags, foam, and boxes
The Warehouse Associate I position will be responsible to effectively rotate through all groups within the Warehouse in a training capacity.

Salary Range: $16.92-$31.44/ hr
You are meant for this job if:
High School Diploma
0-2 years warehouse experience preferred
Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows and Internet Explorer skills (Familiarity with SharePoint preferred)
Ability to work overtime and weekends
Forklift certified preferred
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Familiarity with an ERP/MRP system (preferably Visibility)
Familiarity with ESD standards preferred
Work Environment:
Spends most of the time within a manufacturing environment with minimal time in an office environment. Will be exposed to warehouse and manufacturing machinery in operation such as forklifts and cranes. Will be exposed to working inventory storage equipment. May be exposed to high noise levels.
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, listen, and speak for long periods of time. Required to work on concrete floors wearing steed toed boots, hearing protection and any other personal protective equipment required up to 12 hours per day. Manual dexterity is required using hands, fingers, and arms to push, pull, reach, grab, hold, and lift. Ability to lift 40 pounds is required from time to time. Required to use lifts and cranes for lifting inventory and other items in the Warehouse. Frequent use of computer and close viewing of monitor is required. Regular, repetitive arm/hand motion (typing, mouse control, etc.) is required.
