Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Donut/Soft Serve associates. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious donuts and soft serve treats in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Your ability to provide exceptional service while ensuring food safety and quality will be key to our success.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of donuts and soft serve products according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate Clover POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to company policies regarding cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines throughout food preparation and service.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred.
- Must be as least 17 years of age
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards in the food industry.
- Experience in quick service or fast food restaurant settings is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Previous experience in cashiering or serving roles is beneficial.

Pay: $8.00 - $13.00 per hour
