What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and quality standards.
- Set up and stock your station so you're ready for service every day.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout your shift.
- Work with urgency while never sacrificing consistency or attention to detail.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
- Communicate clearly with your teammates to keep service running smoothly.
- Help with prep, cleaning, and any other tasks that keep the kitchen operating at a high level.
- Take ownership of your station and contribute to the success of the entire team.
What We're Looking For
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic.
- Passion for cooking and a desire to continually improve your skills.
- Ability to stay calm and focused during busy services.
- Strong knife skills and an understanding of basic cooking techniques.
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable.
- Someone who welcomes feedback and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
- Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and doing things the right way, even when no one is watching.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
