EM Assembler I, II & III- Westborough, MA
Savvy Staffing is currently hiring motivated and detail-oriented candidates for EM Assembler I, II, and III positions. These roles are responsible for performing electronic and electro-mechanical assembly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components following work instructions, blueprints, and schematics
- Use hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform inspections, testing, and troubleshooting as needed
- Maintain accuracy and quality standards throughout the assembly process
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members and production staff
- Support training and mentoring of new employees for higher-level positions
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with electronic assembly, soldering, or IPC standards is a plus for Level II and III positions
- Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills preferred for Level III
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Overtime available based on production needs
Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
