We're looking for a dependable and motivated Order Selector to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you'll accurately pick and prepare customer orders, operate warehouse equipment safely, and help ensure products are shipped on time. What You'll Do
- Accurately select and prepare items for customer orders
- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, prepare and stage orders for shipment while adhering to quality control standards
- Load shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods with manual lifting and mechanical equipment
- Assist with shipping tasks, including verifying outbound shipments and maintaining accurate records
- Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times during warehouse activities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in order picking, packing, and inventory management, but we're happy to train motivated individuals
- Valid certification or experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management systems a plus but not required
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards
- Strong attention to detail with basic math skills for order fulfillment accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow safety protocols diligently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to accuracy
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual Spanish required

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
