Gandalf's Pub & Restaurant is a unique dining experience located in Medina County. Our Executive Chef, Edward West, has managed some of the most dynamic restaurants in Cleveland and has trained in New York, Paris, etc. We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to be a leader in our kitchen. We cater events, throw wine and theme dinners, and pride ourselves on serving the finest food from a scratch kitchen. We have a great working environment for a career minded individual with a passion to create amazing food.
Job Duties:
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
