THE TYPE OF COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

2+ years of commercial HVAC experience
-
Willingness to continue servicing residential HVAC systems
-
EPA certification
-
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Positive, team-first attitude

Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally

Willingness to travel throughout the service area
A current NATE certification, experience with ServiceTitan Software, familiarity with Five-Star customer service models, and experience servicing RTUs, boilers, mini-splits, heat pumps, and other commercial HVAC equipment are preferred.
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
This is a full-time position that includes travel throughout the service area and participation in an on-call rotation.
In this role, you'll diagnose rooftop unit issues, perform preventative maintenance on commercial systems, troubleshoot electrical or airflow concerns, or repair residential HVAC equipment; you'll be the trusted expert customers rely on to restore comfort and efficiency. You'll confidently explain repair recommendations, document your work using mobile software, and deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.
