At 540 Social, our team is what makes the magic happen. This role keeps things exciting - you'll handle a little bit of everything from the front desk and axe throwing to arcade games and food service. No two shifts are ever the same! Whether you're welcoming guests, hyping up the fun, or helping get food out hot and fast, you're part of what keeps the good times rolling.
What You'll Do:
- Greet every guest with a smile and friendly energy
- Check in reservations and walk-ins for axe throwing and arcade play
- Give axe throwing safety briefings and coach guests through the basics
- Help with arcade issues, reload game cards, and keep the games running smoothly
- Cash in guest arcade tickets for exciting prizes
- Take and run food orders, and help the kitchen when things get busy
- Keep an eye on the floor — make sure everyone’s safe and having a great time
- Clean and reset axe lanes, arcade stations, and tables between groups
- Answer guest questions and make solid recommendations for drinks, games, and specials
- Keep the place clean, organized, and ready for action
- Jump in wherever you’re needed to help the team crush it during busy shifts
What We're Looking For:
- Must be 16+
- Outgoing, friendly, and customer-focused
- Able to multitask and stay cool under pressure
- Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to problem-solve on the fly
- Open to learning new skills (and maybe throwing a few axes yourself)
- Weekday evening shifts are encouraged
- Must be available weekends
