Responsibilities

- Direct business operations, including process improvement projects, operational analysis, and strategic planning efforts.
- Develop and control budgets, forecasts, and financial plans ensuring optimal resource allocation and profitability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to craft strategic management plans that align with long-term organizational objectives.
- Supervise senior leadership teams, providing guidance on project management, operational management, and performance metrics.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making techniques to analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee profit and loss analysis to ensure financial health and sustainable growth of the organization.

Experience
- Proven experience in operational management roles with a focus on strategic planning, process improvement, and business development management.
- Demonstrated success in leading executive-level teams with strong supervisory experience across multiple departments or divisions.
- Extensive background in managing budgets, forecasting, financial management experience, and profit & loss analysis at an organizational level.
- Skilled in project management methodologies with a track record of executing complex programs involving large-scale organizational change management.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in implementing operational excellence initiatives that drive measurable results in efficiency and effectiveness.
- Knowledge of data-driven decision-making processes combined with expertise in operational analysis to inform strategic actions.
