Clinical Therapist Job Description, Child and Adolescent therapist

Insight Professional Counseling Services PLLC is an outpatient behavioral health group practice in Burlington. Licensed Clinical therapist will provide outpatient individual therapy primarily to Children and Adolescents as an Independent Contractor or Employee to patients at Insight Professional Counseling Services, PLLC located in Burlington NC. Clinical therapy services include treatment of children, adolescents and some adults as needed. Would need experience in working with parental units as well. We serve wide range of mental health disorders. We use evidenced based practice modalities. Insight is looking for caring, compassionate, skilled, and energetic clinicians.
Reports to: Owner and/or Clinical Director.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work; and Active license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, LMFTA, LCSWA, LCMHCA) in the State of NC . Provisional accepted.
Available to hold range of 20-22 sessions depending on parttime or full time, patient sessions per week or more, provided such sessions are available and will assist in generating own referrals and schedule own clients. However, we have referrals coming in daily.
Will be credentialed and approved as an in-network provider under Insight group practice
Wiling to work with children, teens, and adults
Hours:
Work hours and schedule may vary depending on patient and schedule of office space at Insight. Hours may include mornings, afternoons and evenings. However, it is expected that Therapist will be available to hold at range of 18-22 patient sessions per week, provided it may take 3 months to get to that point. Patient sessions are held in the offices of Insight Professional Counseling Services unless virtual, from home office.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $47.19 - $51.02 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
