13-week contract with AM 12-hour shifts

Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted

Former permanent staff from this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to this same facility, a separation of 18 months is required

RTO is capped at 5 days per contract if dates do not fall on or near a holiday; RTO is capped at 3 days if dates fall on or near a holiday

Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract, and RTO days must be spread out — consecutive days around holidays will not be approved
