The Role
We are looking for self-motivated, hungry remote sales representatives to identify and reach out to local business owners who have outdated, poor, or missing websites.
This is a full-outbound prospecting role. You will be responsible for sourcing your own local business leads (via Google Maps, Yelp, Instagram, Facebook, or local directories) and initiating contact.
You will NOT be cold-selling an abstract idea or asking for money on the spot. Your primary role is offering business owners a 100% free, custom live mobile website preview built by our team. Once they see their actual business transformed on screen, closing the deal becomes seamless.
Compensation & Pay Structure
We believe in paying our sales team extremely well. We offer a flat 50% commission split on every single deal you close—with zero earnings caps, zero tiers to unlock, and fast payouts.
Your Commission: Clean 50% split ($200 – $250+ paid directly to you per closed setup).
Payout Speed: Fast payouts via PayPal or Cash App
Status: Independent Contractor (1099).
Earning Potential:
Consistent Rep (2–3 deals/week): $400 – $750/week ($1,600 – $3,000/month)
Top Closer (5–8 deals/week): $1,000 – $2,000+/week ($4,000 – $8,000+/month)
Uncapped Upside: Close as many as you can—your split remains a clean 50% every time.

Key Responsibilities
Self-Source Leads: Find and build your own target lists of local businesses with poor or missing websites.
Outreach: Reach out to business owners via cold calling, direct messaging, or phone outreach.
Pitch Mockups: Introduce the free live mockup concept and gather basic business info.
Coordinate & Close: Coordinate with our design team to deliver the preview link, walk the client through it, and send the checkout link to close the deal.
Qualifications
Self-starter mindset—you must be comfortable finding your own leads and driving your own pipeline.
Strong phone presence and confident verbal communication skills.
Prior experience or high comfort level with cold calling, outbound sales, or lead generation.
Must have a smartphone, computer/tablet, and reliable internet connection
Pay: $1.00 - $4,000.00 per month
