Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Busser, Salad Bar Attendant, and Prep Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will help create a vibrant and welcoming dining environment. In this role, you will support the front-of-house and kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food presentation, and ensuring our guests experience exceptional service. Your proactive approach will contribute to the smooth flow of service and uphold the highest standards of food safety and hospitality.
Duties
- Clear and reset tables promptly to prepare for new guests, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness of the salad bar area, including replenishing ingredients, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing displays to enhance visual appeal.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling salads, and preparing garnishes under the guidance of kitchen staff.
- Support food handling procedures by adhering to safety standards and proper hygiene practices during all tasks.
- Help with catering setups and event support as needed, ensuring timely and accurate presentation of food items.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow, address guest needs promptly, and uphold a positive dining experience.
- Perform routine cleaning duties in the dining area, kitchen, and storage spaces to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail to ensure all areas meet health standards.
- Experience in bussing tables or supporting hospitality operations is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and serve guests courteously.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks efficiently.
