Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Opportunity ⫸ Magnolia Gardens | $90–$95/hour
We are hiring 2 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide ABA services across Magnolia Gardens and surrounding Duval County communities, including Northwest Jacksonville, College Gardens, Grand Park, Moncrief, Mid-Westside, New Town, Durkeeville, and nearby neighborhoods.
This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA looking for strong hourly pay, flexible scheduling, steady case growth, and reliable administrative support while serving families across the Magnolia Gardens and Northwest Jacksonville area.
>> Who You’ll Work With
You will support children who need help with communication, social interaction, adaptive living skills, emotional regulation, independence, and reducing behaviors that interfere with learning and daily routines.
>> What You’ll Do
- Complete assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and support quality implementation of clinical programs
- Monitor client progress data and update goals when clinically appropriate
- Provide caregiver guidance to support progress at home and in the community
- Maintain accurate documentation and professional clinical standards
- Collaborate with families, RBTs, and the care team to promote meaningful outcomes
