What We’re Looking For
We’re currently hiring one weekday clinician and one weekend clinician to join our in-person team. The ideal therapist specializes in one or more of the following:
- Couples therapy or sex therapy
- Eating disorder recovery
- LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy
- Therapy focused on BIPOC clients
- Or another specialty that lights you up — we’re open and excited to support your passion.
We’re especially seeking therapists who bring a somatic orientation to healing or are eager to deepen their work in modalities like:
- Somatic Experiencing
- Hakomi
- Sensorimotor Psychotherapy
- Body Mind Centering
- Dance/Movement Therapy
- NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM)
- Core Energetics

What the Role Involves
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy to adults (18+ years old)
- Hold 24 scheduled client hours/week, maintain a caseload of ~20/week
- Attend supervision as needed and team consultation
- Offer 4 evening appointments/week (starting at 5pm or later)
- Lead our free nervous system education workshop (schedule is set quarterly)
Administrative Duties:
- Complete case notes and client paperwork in a timely manner
- Manage your caseload and schedule
- Support with intake coverage as needed
- Participate in monthly team meetings and clinical development
- Collaborate with other team members and contribute to our growing vision
Qualifications
We’re looking for clinicians who:
- Hold at least a Master’s in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field
- Have an active provisional license (e.g., LPCC, LSW)or are fully licensed (LPC, LCSW) in Colorado
- Bring 2+ years of postgraduate clinical experience
- Are committed to learning or deepening somatic psychotherapy
- Able to work independently on tasks assigned, such as timely completion of case notes and managing your client-facing schedule
- Are aligned with STP’s mission, values, and relational culture
- Are excited about co-creating a more just, embodied model of mental health care
Compensation & Benefits
- Clinical rate: $45–$75/hour (based on license and experience)
- Admin rate: $25/hour
- Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) after 60 days – coverage is partial.
- Paid time off after 1 year
- $500 education stipend/year (after 1 year; somatic training prioritized)
