Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders with enthusiasm, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Monitor guest consumption levels responsibly, preventing over-service while promoting a safe environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours at nightclubs, restaurants, or catering events.
- Handle cashing out procedures accurately using retail math skills and basic math proficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cashiering is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods using solid time management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Experience with serving in catering or banquet environments is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
