What You'll Do
As a Michigan Prime Shine contractor, you'll provide professional residential cleaning services while creating a positive experience for every client. Services may include:
- Routine residential cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Move-in and move-out cleaning
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Kitchen and bathroom sanitizing
- Cleaning mirrors, glass, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces
- Detail cleaning of baseboards, window sills, ceiling fans, and other commonly overlooked areas
- Maintaining our quality standards on every visit
- Building long-term relationships with recurring clients through dependable, high-quality service
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for experienced cleaning professionals—not beginners.
Our ideal contractor:
- Has at least 2 years of paid residential cleaning experience
- Takes pride in consistently delivering high-quality work
- Notices the details that others often miss
- Works efficiently while maintaining excellent results
- Is dependable and arrives on time
- Communicates professionally with clients and our office
- Enjoys working independently and taking ownership of their work

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of paid residential cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Smartphone with internet access
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to pass a background screening if requested
- Able to lift, bend, stand, and perform the physical duties required for residential cleaning
Independent Contractor Information
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
You'll have the flexibility of running your own schedule while partnering with a company that helps keep quality cleaning opportunities coming your way. Contractors are responsible for providing their own transportation, cleaning supplies, equipment, insurance, taxes, and business expenses.
Michigan Prime Shine provides client bookings, scheduling support, billing, payment processing, and customer service—allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional cleaning services.
