As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and performing various nursing procedures under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents in long-term care facilities, including administering medications, performing wound care, and bathing.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Monitor and record resident vital signs, medical conditions, and any changes in their condition.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and address resident concerns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and medical treatments.
