Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their purchase.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems and or Micros POS for efficient order entry and processing
- Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktail, wine, spirits, and beverage service, ensuring presentation standards are met
- Process cash, credit card, and other sales transactions accurately while handling cash safely and responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, and adhering to food safety protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service is a plus
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions
- Food handling certification or knowledge of food safety standards required.
- Experience in upselling, sales transactions processing, and guest relations within the food industry is highly desirable

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
