What you’ll be doing
- QUALITY CONTROL & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
- Receive deliveries from vendors and suppliers
- Ensure proper stocking of all materials and jewelry pieces and all merchandise is properly tagged for inventory accuracy
- FULFILLMENT OPERATIONS
- Print, pick, and pack customer orders according to company standards and brand guidelines
- Quality assess jewelry pieces prior to shipping to minimize error rate with a goal of 0%
- Maintain receiving and fulfilment area in an organized and clean manner
- Utilize fulfillment software to complete and troubleshoot customer orders
- COLLABORATION: Support the development of a diverse team and approach relationships across all departments with a strong emphasis on cooperation and collaboration
- Relay any quality issues or discrepancies to our vendors
- Communicate and coordinate with team leads and members for day-to-day operational efficiency
- Collect and report feedback to management for product and workflow development
Who you are & what you’ve done
● WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE You have some experience in a fulfillment environment with knowledge of warehouse systems being a plus. Ability to lift up to 55 pounds during receiving and standing for extended periods of time is required.
● JEWELRY EXPERIENCE Having worked in the industry is a plus.
● RECEIVING/INBOUND EXPERIENCE Having worked in a receiving/ quality assurance role is a plus.
● EMAIL AND EXCEL EXPERIENCE The job will require successfully communicating with the Aurate team and with outside vendors, via email and phone and including excel spreadsheets.
● DETAILS-FOCUSED No small imperfection goes unnoticed and you aim for perfection.
● ORGANIZED You are good at prioritizing and can put it in practice in a fast-paced environment.
