This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of 200 high school students who live on campus. Working in our on-campus Health Center, you’ll play a key role in keeping our students healthy, safe, and supported.
Job Description:
- Provide compassionate and professional care to students during the evening hours.
- Assess and treat students who visit the Health Center with illness or injury. Determine and carry out an appropriate plan of treatment.
- Maintain a current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
- Meet or exceed all expectations as outlined in the Massachusetts “Professional Code of Conduct as a Registered Nurse”.
- Participate in the orientation and training of the teaching and residential staff.
- Maintain certification as a First Aid and CPR Instruction
- Assist with the daily operations of the Medication Administration program and organizing medications in advance.
- Dispense medications according to doctors’ orders. Assure all required documentation is present.
Job Requirements:
- A current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- 2+ years of nursing experience (preferably with adolescents or in a school or pediatric setting).
- Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- A calm and thoughtful approach, especially in emergencies.
- CPR/First Aid Instructor certification is a plus
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required

- Monday - Friday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
