As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced, driven, and results-oriented General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our business.
This is not an office manager position.
This is not a department manager position.

The Owner/CEO will focus on strategic growth, partnerships, and the long-term vision of the company. The General Manager will be responsible for leading the business every day and ensuring our team delivers exceptional results.
What You'll Be Responsible For
As General Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day business operations, including:
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop department managers and employees
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Conduct regular leadership meetings and performance reviews
Operations
- Oversee daily event operations from planning through execution
- Manage warehouse, logistics, fleet, inventory, and scheduling
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
- Improve operational efficiency through better systems and processes
- Resolve operational challenges and customer issues quickly and professionally
Sales Leadership
- Oversee the sales process and sales team
- Improve sales performance and customer retention
- Review proposals and pricing strategies
- Help drive revenue growth while maintaining healthy margins
- Develop strong relationships with key customers
Financial Management
- Manage departmental budgets and operating expenses
- Review financial reports and key performance indicators
- Partner with bookkeeping and accounting to maintain accurate financial reporting
- Improve profitability through operational excellence and cost control
Business Growth
- Implement company goals and strategic initiatives
- Develop scalable systems that support future growth
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, and profitability
- Report directly to the Owner/CEO on company performance
Qualifications Required
- 7+ years of leadership or general management experience
- Experience managing multiple departments
- Proven success leading teams and improving business performance
- Strong financial and operational knowledge
- Experience managing budgets and business metrics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to make decisions confidently and independently
Preferred
Experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Event Production
- Equipment Rental
- Logistics
- Construction
- Commercial Services
- Hospitality
Experience with:
- QuickBooks Online
- CRM systems
- KPI reporting
- Process improvement
- Project management
